Has anyone had this struggle before...and is there any possible solution here?

I know a lot of people struggled this year but for us it was very good.

I have considered paying off my smaller mortgages on my SFH's the last couple of months because of the struggle of finding deals on houses that I can live with.

It can be a really great option for elderly homeowners who are struggling to make ends meet. 

That's something I struggle with but passivity is most important. 

My family didn’t have a lot growing up and don’t want my future family to have to struggle like we did.

Good to know I am not alone in this struggle.  

The first thing I did was hire the top rated property manager in town since the previous owner had self managed.I was in process of a refinance pre COVID but that severally delayed the process and I was unable to complete, I also struggled to find a bank which would refinance and keep the property in my LLC.From a pure cash flow prospective, its hit or miss in terms of profitability.

I've talked to numerous banks to try and get the loan and we're struggling to secure financing due to the fact that to many indivuals would be on the moratage.  

If you enjoy wilderness and the mountains, you might struggle in Cleveland.
