Hello BP Community,Currently working with a religious organization that needs financing for a new church.

I also bought a commercial building in a small town close to use that had one store in it and a lot of storage. 

Obviously it would be hard to play both sides of that coin as the startup sole proprietors won't be happy about leaving once the Halloween costume store wants to exercise their seasonal lease.A client of mine was very successful in getting above market footage rates by converting space that was conducive to tech startups needing space.

The stars of the show opened a store two streets down. 

What I look for is:-Education-monthly costs-investor friendly (if you are looking for that route)-commission splitsI recently switched brokerage to a new realty organization that meets my criteria.

So just replaced a cabinet vanity, reused all the old plumbing parts, no leaks done in an hour zero trips to hardware store.

I think I set a goal twice this week to try and wake up early and start to organize my morning routine going forward, yet the numerous wake ups and having to stay up for 30 minutes to an hour at a time is killing my mojo.  

My wife is starting to drive for dollars when I'm at work during the day, and she was looking for a good app that can help her with logging properties, addresses, and possibly adding pictures of the properties to keep everything organized.

They are growing organs now in labs and using stem cells to replace knee cartilage- unless you get hit by a bus you are going to live until you are at least 100.

Then, store the property on or offsite (Like the garage?)
