Sometimes it's best to stay put, don't incur moving expenditures and hassles and buy rental/flips. 

It's a great investment, so I told a realtor friend that I'm interested in multi-family and asked him to send me regular emails of listings in my area.After a couple months I called him to say, "I'm going to stay in my lane and stick with commercial."

I wish I could respond faster folks but my eyelids just wont stay open longer than they already do! 

One person was only there for 6 months, but the owner said he really liked it there and wanted to stay.

IE the notes are in a system the system stays the same are fully vetted and presented to note buyer..

Everything would stay the same with the day-to-day operations as we would be working on their behalf to handle everything, and just pass their return back to them.

With the right layout most people will deal with this regulation by having roommates, who while they may have run of the house in theory, stay within their area, even if it isn't a legally defined unit.

They also stayed longer because the rent was guaranteed for this location, whereas, they may not get approved again if they move.

So If I move to the new house and stay there for two years, would that be considered as a primary residence ?
