I understand the concept is to find a good deal and be able to cash-flow it right away without dumping a ton into rehab costs, but has anyone been able to accomplish a miracle deal like this?

I think I could create 10, 15 acre parcels, not divided on deed but advertised as private and build open concept rentals on concrete piers with composting toilets and solar power.

I ultimately want to get into multifamily, but I think it makes more sense to start with a SFR as a sort of proof of concept, and to increase my likelihood of being able to get private funding.

We have shown the tenants repeatedly how to use the system (turn on waterfall, spa, heater, etc...) but they STILL aren't grasping the concept.

The basic concept would still apply.Instead of having several sfh loans for 100k you might have a bigger one for 2 or 3 million.

If you would be a successful real estate investor you may find medicine an unprofitable distraction.So, I'm going to offer you one of my more conventional concepts: Invest for income, and use that income to fund your life or, in this case, your more altruistic intentions: the pursuit of medicine.Once you've built your financial future, restart your medical studies so that when you are prepared to go into practice you won't be distracted by the financial needs of everyday life and you can focus solely on your patients' needs and your oath to their well being.Purely my opinion ...

Or somthing similarI know it is controversial when I was in the navy we had it . on ship it was really tight obviosly it wouldn't be like that in the civilian world there would be more space. but would a concept for this work legally.There seems to be a growing trend of people having trouble getting ahead in life and I think this would solve that problem by doing somthi g like this you would make more money with the volume of people rent would be a little less then a studio you may have some sort of walls for a bedroom but the bathrooms would be more comment area same with living room and the kitchen. this would allow people to get ahead in life while you make money in this Lind of win win situation dil what do you guys think
