The property in question is quite similar to the comp property in many ways from the number of bedrooms, bathroom, and square feet was not exact match but close enough.

I use square so I said give me the card number and I can get paid that way, but at a 3.75% fee costs $20 + to pay me rent neither of us want to pay that amount.

The footer is poured concrete, not sure if it is original (~100 years old) or to what specs it was poured to, but the standard now is 8 inches deep and 16 inches wide, about 2 feet below grade.
