I have had a family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) submit an application.

I'm trying to get away from emailing or calling every applicant back individually.

The applicant would bring their dogs to the property just to see its character traits.

Currently, all positions are still open, although we've received some pretty amazing applications.

This is where you would track (including date) rents due, late fees, application fees, damage charges, key charges, etc. and all the payments collected from the tenant.Good luck,Oren

Ahh - unfortunately, we are only going to look at applicants that can physically work out of our Denver office five days per week for this financial analyst position.

Hello everyone I'm new to BP, I found this site by trying to do some research on a 'Guru' I had just been watching a Youtube video when I saw Josh Altman giving a speech about attending a free webinar where it could change my life I did attend but I wasn't sold on his program.

We look at tenants application as Job Applicants,  It is their job to take care of the property it is our job to provide them the keys to the Kingdom.

@Mark Kelley Most of the insurance companies will have a question on their application that goes, "Does this building have fuses, pigtailed fuses or aluminum wiring".
