At a minimum, you will need to address all potential points of entry, such as egress and ground level windows. 

This business can be very satisfying and rewarding financially and anyone can do it with the proper determination, experience, skills and knowledge.

So the bank can lend to whomever they want and that includes people with "different" income levels. 

Maybe I'm being optimistic but I can't find any reason our house won't be worth 280K+ with the 20k in updates (we've already knocked out walls and done some cosmetics in the main level- what we're after now is hardwood floors and bathrooms). 

I've done enough research to know that there are "CPA's" out there that acknowledge "tricks of the trade" that investors do, that "CPA's" were not aware of because there are some things that investors look for that "CPAs" don't have in their skill set. 

My first time attending was Wednesday night and there was a great mix of investors and lenders from different backgrounds and experience levels.

As always there is a lot of contradicting advice which is logical since we all live in different parts of the world with different skills and situations. 

You want to stack your lists so you have more than one level of motivation and then you have to skip trace the lists to get back the most current information for those people.
