I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur but never found the right situation to make it work.

I think the very best option would be to sell your home and then house hack if you have the willingness and family situation that would allow you to do so.

The only situation where I actually need the owners address or phone number now is when a MLS listing is vacant.

@Jeff WhiteI am in a very similar situation to Jonathan regarding my plans to move to Denver and house hack (aside from the fact that I am about a year out and not a few months).

How would a seller finance be structured in a situation like this?

I have got quotes from 2 different companies, they are wildly different in price, but I am still considering going with the more expensive one, simply because it seems like they are more professional and I worry that they will do a much better job than the cheap guy.What do you normally do in this situation?

Any wholesalers have any experience working with realtors before and been in a similar situation???
