When coal is on the rise, as it is currently the economy is decent, but when it goes down, as it did the past eight years, it is like a ghost town with houses sitting on the market for years.   

I arrived home to a strong smell of smoke, and found the right-rear burner of the gas range turned on, with two very charred chicken drumsticks sitting on a white ceramic plate.  

Id strongly recommend sitting down with a CPA to discuss estimated tax payments.

Consider setbacks (from the property line), etc as they will control how wide and deep the house may be and how it will sit on the lot.

And honestly, I have and had no desire to in the first place, I just absolutely hate wondering sitting where things in the workflow are and who is waiting on who. 

I predict half, or more, of these people are going to be shook out of the market, but in the meantime I have to sit in a holding pattern and wait for them to either be foreclosed on or sell at a loss.

I like to sit with the president and let them get to know me and my company.

Family- proximity to schools, parks, big yard, etc, older folks-peace & quiet, easy access.
