Life is too short to have to put up with these kinds of people in this business, even though this may cause you a short-term interruption in revenue. 

The plan is for the partner to actually live in the house.

It is spring, and the tenants also mentioned the sump pump is also running some which is out of my control and should by considered in some of their living cost being that they are living on an acreage!

If you're willing to be live in one half and rent out the other then you'll have a better ability to make it work out for you.We've focused on finding distressed properties and then flipping them, but we're able to make the numbers work since we do a lot of the rehab ourselves.If you have any questions feel free to message me!
