So just when you thought there were no new ways to find more possible clients or buyers.I am on the list for some banks that send out a monthly .pdf of commercial REO assets.This time usually they BCC but CC'd on the e-mail so it shows all the other contacts they sent this to.

I will keep everyone up dated so far in the last 72 hours with 4 test ads I have had 14 people total come in so far and sent an email.  6 people filled out the pre screen and one appointment was scheduled.

Last year I sent out a mass text to all tenants to drip faucets, open cabinets under sinks, and keep heat at 60+, I gave a rent credit incentive and last year everything went smoothly.

I am guessing the system uses an algorithm that looks at who's already in the thread, who you've replied to or sent messages in the past, and then perhaps the entire user data base, etc. to drive how soon it finds / suggests a user to display.Once the user's picture / name is displayed under the text box, click on it and it will appear the point in your post you are at and you can type the balance of the message.This may not be as good an explanation a more experienced user could provide but it's where I've gotten by trail and error.
