I thought the show was canceled since I haven't seen a new episode in a while and the reruns are sporadic.To answer a previous question, the people on FTH do get paid.The production company has been hiring staging and landscaping companies, which just goes to show the real business here isn't flipping house, it's these people becoming "stars" on a television show.Also, Property Ladder was not cancelled, the host of the show told me the other day that a new season starts in July.

The bad part about a drive in is that most of your customers only come on the weekends, its seasonal and highly dependant on the weather.

Some markets are very seasonal so people landlords prefer to have leases that get through the winter.In other markets a month to month rental agreement is preferred.

We also have investors (sometimes myself) that fund land development projects which can also include large residential or commercial development projects including, but not limited to casinos, hotels, stadiums, golf courses, etc...I have been a very successful entrepreneur who started from meager beginnings and enjoy teaching and helping both newbies and seasoned veterans to achieve their real estate investment dreams.I look forward to getting to know the other members of the group.

Performing asset's with 12 months seasoning should fetch a 75 maybe an 85 if the values held for the last 12 months.
