MLS property online alerts - which site do you use?
30 June 2013 | 4 replies
I like FloridaMoves mostly because it allows for custom search by zip codes, so if there is a specific neighborhood I am interested in, I can use zip codes and ask for alerts when a property within my strike price range etc...are available.I request a daily email compiling all for that day, and look through it once a day. What I am curious is for those who do not have direct access to it, what site do you use to be kept on the changes to MLS?

Ad Posting Techniques

You can post that html to craigslist although I don't recommend that you do that, because sometimes CL will ghost post those: tell you that it's posted, but when you do a search you can't find it.I'd stick with craigslist: make one ad and write a bunch of different headlines, save in a text file.

I'm in LA, and I understand high costs to buy an existing building, but deals still exist out here (I'm sure they do in your market as well) if you are patient an committed in the search.
