Will a newer model push more air to that third floor? 

I was really warm to it right after, but colder now that I've found BP and also have seen a few reviewers say that while they provide good information, they're all about pushing their expensive coaching services.

Right now people have to have a reason to push through the uncertainty of the market. 

All I am saying is that instead of complaining that BIG and "stupid" money has gobbled up inventory and pushed prices upwards so there are no more good apartment deals, one should dig deeper and actually MAKE a deal.What do I mean by this?

Don't forget, you can call whoever has your loan and ask to push out your payment due date typically 14 days past the 1st of the month.

Your job is to collect rent, not push out folks who pay rent to you without causing you any real problems.
