Owning a bar is the hardest thing we have ever done with very little reward.

If a tenant consistently pays their rent on time, takes good care of the property, and abides by the terms of the rental agreement, we will reward them with a gift, additional amenity or an upgrade.

The rewards of doing it yourself can be bittersweet financially once you gain some experience.
