My colleague and I are planning to start flip investing in Indianapolis very soon and we are looking for reliable contractors and/or project managers.

How do I even begin establishing a relationship with these people and what can I do ahead of time to pick a reliable teammate.

It's going to be difficult to find very reliable full-time maintenance employees for that low of pay.
