I am just trying to do as much research as possible before deciding to make this purchase.What I am most curious about is what types of questions I should be asking the seller, the process of hiring a professional inspector, and how I can do independent research on the property to determine how old it is, along with other relevant details.

I know you can read, and read, and read, and watch different videos and listen to podcasts, but nothing beats someone guiding you and you actually getting out there, but I'm struggling with what I should do first.My biggest questions are:Where do I start?
