I just purchased a duplex in Hammond.

Hi everyone,I am not sure if this is the right place to inquire about this but I am trying to gauge interest to see if a property I am purchasing is viable.

I recently took out a HELOC on my primary mortgage and have used this to purchase a home for 32,000 with rehab cost of 150,000 and ARV of 220k.

I had to make sure that the repairs/renovations promised at the time of purchase were actually completed.

I hold land personally with my wife that I am selling and at the same time I am purchasing my first str.
