You get all tax advantages of NH, with easy access to Boston Metro. (30 min to Boston proper)  This area is experiencing high pressure from Massachusetts as people are getting priced out from Boston Area and with work from home its looking better and better.Nashua...

Find a GC (and a plumber, electrician, HVAC guy, roofer, drywall guy, painter, floor guy, tree guy, grader, mason, finish carpenter, pressure wash guy, etc.)  

Nah, just a high pressure program, like Amway, to separate you from your $$.

You have no rights to pressure the occupants, whether they are illegal, legal or whatever, until you actually have rights to the property.

That being said, Boston (and MA) as a whole has traditionally lagged far behind demand, so even with an influx of property, I don't think it's going to soften the rental market much.Lots of people want to live here, lots of people want to move here, and with the colleges and universities constantly looking to expand their enrollment, I really don't see how it doesn't change the upward pressure / momentum on rental rates and real estate prices anytime soon.

With a 15 year mortgage you will have to pay more each month regardless so it may add extra pressure that is not needed.
