As long as the economy is doing well, Florida will likely see a continued sustained rise in housing prices as the boomer generation is retiring at record levels, and are continuing to put downward pressure on Supply levels in Florida, creating more new construction opportunities, and rising housing prices.

You need with a 1950 building to look at lead based paint, galvanized plumbing, asbestos,etc.Definitely scope the lines and check for water pressure.
