Can I wash your plane and drink your wine?

I would not personally look to partner with a friend right out of the gate as I have seen that go bad more times than it goes well.

I use Quicken for my personal finances and to see balances in business bank accounts.All my rental and expense stuff I keep in Excel.

Looking for a in person community to join.

We do not have enough capital for a significant down payment OR construction costs and so we are considering asking family members for a personal loan OR proposing a partnership.

Could i take any of the left over cashflow and transfer to my personal account and use it to pay the 401k loan back?

You can get a decent handyman to do the small stuff and for anything big you need a licensed person.

Personally, I have funded many first-time investors if the deals make sense and there a 660 plus fico score.
