Tenant shall permit reasonable access toLandlord, and any of Landlord’s invitees, agents, or contractors, in accordance withlocal statues and ordinances, upon receiving 2 days’ notice by mail, telephone,written notice or other means designed in good faith to provide notice.

What about permits?

As of right now, Airbnb’s are being regulated and as long as you get the proper permits etc, you are in business.   

The actual plans were not required for permitting in this area. 

Also make sure you use a contract that pulls permits.

They know exactly what to look into to make sure the layout takes into consideration all the major building codes and local zoning requirements that you will need for permitting.

For those of you who are doing additions or remodels requiring permitting/planning, what have you found the waiting time in this area to get permits/plan approvals?

Are they leaving the city in the dark and not having their tenants get occupancy permits or can I expect to have success getting a variance accepted?

The home is 2200 square feet with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and a 600 square foot permitted mother-in-law apartment.

Doing a bit of digging, but coming up with a question I can't exactly figure out.There's this flow chart, mentions no STR permitted in "R-6(WHO)".
