I have perfect eyesight and I still find it difficult.

I'm also using my experience with AirBnB and extensive travels to start up a short term rental management business that will help investors realize even greater gains than traditional renting from their perfectly located properties. 

Not perfect and still make mistakes every day but If I can help you to not make the same mistakes I would love to. 

Example - a brick cape cod built in the 50s that has good bones and has been well kept has the same value to us as a brick cape cod 50s built frat house that has been stripped of cooper and has missing doors and windows.
