Hi @Jay Patel I’ve definitely found that having a Virtual Assistant can be a game-changer, especially for managing tasks like underwriting and organizing deals.

And if something goes sideways, your just paying a mortgage/rent expense that month like everyone else.

I am new to this market and would like some recommendations for agents that work with out of state investors.
