I lived my entire life in AZ, but moved to OR 2 months ago and recently became passionate about investing in real estate.A quick story about my prior 'investment' (or rather lack thereof):About 4 years ago I made the largest purchase of my life- I bought a 3000sq house.

I just finished rehabbing my own house after it was destroyed and found a passion for the work.  

Looking at my client base today, many of my clients are entrepreneurs who have interests in real estate investing, economics, and financial markets which are also my interests and passions.

All this being said, if he feels passionately that he was wronged and he needs to take action to sleep at night, then go for it.

Many are very generous with their time a knowledge and love to see help out new investors that have a passion for real estate.Also, you can listen to the BP Podcast as you will get exposed to the many different options for investing in real estate.Learn as much as you can, but don't be afraid to take some action!

It has always been a passion of mine to get into real estate investing, especially flipping, and I have decided the time is now or never to get started!

Keep building up credit, increase the money flow, and find what part of real estate you are passionate about then learn about it.

However, I feel as passionate about it as my wife does about pottery; with that said, I feel that it is time for me to exercise what I'm learning so that I am ready to take advantage of that first opportunity when it arises.As of now, I am deployed but anxious to be home soon.

I really feel that a great place for you to start would be to find out who in your town, or close by, is Wholesaling properties.Offer to take them out for lunch or coffee and win them over with your enthusiasm and passion for real estate!
