Would be a lot better terms than selling paper at the typical big discount to private note buyers...Could also be a very scalable business (just ask Movement Mortgage...) and higher margin than just brokering mortgages.Thoughts?

I just signed the papers on a mortgage refinance and in the prepaid column it has 3 months of taxes and in closing costs it has 2 months taxes which will go into My escrow account.

My thought would be if you haven't put ink to paper yet then see if you can find a duplex, triplex or fourplex out here if you are insistent on buying out here.

And some inspectors have a God complex and will not approve things for the dumbest reasons.So a job that would take me 2 hours turns into filling out paper work, applying for the permit, paying a licensed person to do the work, getting it inspected and hopefully approved.

I looked at them on paper when I was looking in Orlando and they seem like they should do good with the close proximity to Disney’s but looking at the booking reservations on Vrbo/Airbnb they all seemed like they had empty calendars so I didn’t look much further.
