I have a few question to anyone buying US Real Estate from outside the US1) who are you getting to source the property?

The owner has provided the listing agent with the following details:Asking price $795,000 (too high in my opinion, but it has been for sale in years past so I have to think the owner is motivated - so far, numbers only look good in the mid 600k's as a purchase price)Annual gross income $103,000Property Taxes $11,000 Insurance $3,500 Utilities (water, sewage, outside lighting) $8,200.

What are your thoughts on smaller rural markets outside of the Dallas/Ft Worth and Austin metroplex?

Where are the best resources to bring outside money in so we can do more deals at once? 

In OKC that could get you a solid cash flowing rental and you could hold on to some for reserves.. but it looks like areas just outside of what you were hoping for might work out as well!
