I am interested in pursuing the legal structure of creating a land trust that owns the investment property and the land trust is within a WY LLC.I have spoken to NCH, but I was wondering if any of you have recommendations of other companies that can help setup this structure for houses outside of WY.Thanks in advance**I am NOT looking for comments on why this is useless, unnecessary etc.

On the downside, registering in NV is more complexity and cost. 

Do you have any advice on how to start the eviction process?

Guy's I'm trying to determine the best course of action on a potential deal. 

Relying on others(wholesalers, agents, etc) will have smaller margins, sometimes there's great nuggets.

I have found some for Jeff-co but getting mixed facts on Morrison.

Eg if the bedrooms are all upstairs and the only bathroom is on the on the same level, then adding a half bath to the main floor would be handy as guests wouldn't have to go upstairs to use it.

I am open to any place on the northern side of California/Oregon or Washington, However, I am also open to any other states if I could manage the property remotely.

The rent on the property is currently covering the PITI.
