Discriminating against someone based on their mother tongue is indistinguishable from discriminating against them based on national or ethnic origin.At present we are processing an application from a young couple originally from South East Asia who limited command of English and do not speak French.

"LaMorinda" (Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga) is also a very affluent region but I would consider that to be very established neighborhoods where you'd find a lot of old money.I didn't mean to imply that Antioch was an appreciating market, actually the opposite is true.

Jessica F.Just ask yourself - what would Brandon Turner do...and then do the opposite...And in case you're wondering what he might do, Brandon would put his pants on (no shirt),  take his teeth off the shelf and stick em in his mouth, grab a baseball bat, walk down-stairs, knock on the door, and say...I could take this in so many directions.

I don't allow smoking so many of these would be out, but if I were you, I'd be really cautious about discriminating on the basis of people having illnesses / needing care (disability), having 4 kids (family status), or foreign language ability (ethnicity).

That kind of opens up the idea of having special insurance policies for people with aging parents in the house who may have dementia, or ethnicities that fry food on a regular basis, or who have relatives that visit from countries known to have bedbugs....on and on.Why not just buy a policy with a higher amount of coverage?
