Hey guys, I am hoping someone can look at this deal analysis as I am going through a multiple offer situation. 

tougher than advertised. there is lots of competition for deals; good contractors are booked up; materials are expensive; and interest rates are high.

This truthfully offers no additional liability protection.

Itʻs been sitting in foreclosure for a few years and I wanted to ask some questions about it and maybe put in an offer.  

Because all these new construction homes were either started or finished during high inflationary times in regards to both materials and general real estate.

Furnished for around $15,000 and pulls in an average of $1,000 profit a month with super high earnings coming in February-April.

After some back and forth, they agree to consider my offer of $40K and I bought another one at that price.So all in all I did OK, the cash flow was good, and when the market top came in 2003-2006, I manage to unload it for close to $100K.The thing is, this is a brand new condo, but walk a block away, you got section 8 housing.

Builders will also offer rate buy-downs for investors lowering the monthly expenses.

There are programs for foreign nationals that allow for financing as high as 75%.  

It's seems highly unlikely.
