I would advise that you start small 2-4 units and once you have a solid team then move into the commercial space. 

What the fools didn't realize that the greedy managers of those Senior Living Residences would prevent millions of seniors who are financially unable and unprepared to afford the small condo-sized unit residences + vehemently UNWILLING to move into such residences instead preferring to remain in their beloved homes where they lovingly raised & cared for their spouse & children and where they know every single INCH of their current home!

Hey there @Aaron Francl I am newly moved to Austin, Tx and I have a buddy that invests in RE in SA and I wanted to know good areas to invest in for single family cashflow or STR cashflow.

Please advise… we are so block from moving forward. 

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

My wife and I are planning on moving next year and we want to keep this house as a rental.

The ability for buyers, sellers, and agents to negotiate commissions and decide what works best for their situation exists now and exists moving forward.

They choose to accept it or move out.

Can we sell both of these and do a 1031 and move into a larger apartment building?
