Short version, because I'm on mobile at the moment...Because this is four units or less, the loan is the same as a single family home.

I'm doing some preliminary work on purchasing a condo in Mobile, AL, but the complex itself is a bit shoddy.

All those things can be well managed on an app and certainly makes life easy for the landlord or PM.
