Is it done through servicing companies or i just take over the payments or what's better in this area though.

We do ask the guests to do it but they cannot be relied on.I have seen local services where people offer this service.

Still debating whether I want to have someone act as an on-call manager only (meaning I fully manage the listing, bookings, cleanings, etc) just to comply with county regulations or if I want more of a full-service property manager.

Make sure you are signing well drafted contracts and you are not only collecting insurance certificates but are also being added as a certificate holder before any 3rd party vendor performs services for you.

I also make it clear it will be handled as a standard sale, the loan will be serviced by a loan servicing company and the agent is getting paid.
