Hi,I'm from Puerto Rico and over there what you do is go to State Property Record Office with basic information of the property, if you can get a copy of the legal description of the subject property neighbors the house before and after the subject it will help you greatly.With that information they can help you ID who was the last owner and also if there are other pending collections on record attached to the property such as second mortgage,etc.

Where are condo lots recorded?

The legal description of a condo will read something like this:Parcel 1: An undivided 1/52nd fractional interest as tenant in common of parcel map #123456 in the city of blah, blah, blah...Parcel 2: Living Unit #22B as shown in condominium plan recorded on....Parcel 3: Exclusive right to use, possess, and occupy the real estate described in condo plan...Parcel 4: Non-exclusive easement for entering and exiting common areas....And so on.

Make flyers and post them around town (gas stations, supermarkets, etc).Make signs with a brief description and your phone number and place on the property and busy intersections near the house but check with your local authorities first because they can be a pain in the ***!
