Just curious....I also left my full time job in medical sales of (13yrs), but instead of leaving it completely I decided to freelance as a consultant....the income I make from that is used to pay for my wholesaling business and investments.

About us:We are both 31 years old and work in the medical field.  

I'd only be 47 with medical benefits for the rest of our lives and time for a new career.So my immediate real estate goal is in the next two years to replace my current income.  

Also, there is a similar 6 group of homes that just went under contract that is in a less desirable area on the opposite side of town, rents for only 1400, not growing as fast that asking was 30K more than what I paid for my group of homes.I see so much potential in this deal.The medical school is going up, there will be alot more health care professionals that would love to live 5 miles from UT/Medical area/Downtown.

He remained lucid for a very short time after I met him and I had to disassociate myself from him because he was too sick to be around normal people without heavy medication or restraints of some sort.

We then took the profit from that and built a 15,000 sq. ft. building down the street whcih we leased to a State agency, then a medical/dental clinic for an Indian tribe, then ....

The only person i have to make iv medications is leaving for 2 weeks starting monday...leaving me to mix and call my patients...NO STRESS there lol.
