You can have all your skus for vanities, lighting, cabinets, counters, cabinet hardware, shower and toilets, tile, grout, flooring, etc. listed and measured and quantified to be ready to order or ordered and ready to pick up.If you are buying cabinets that need assembly, such as Ikea, you can get them assembled ahead of time, but that makes transport more difficult.

Maybe 30 minutes at the property.2) I spent a couple hours doing the one showing.3) I spent another couple of hours going over on their last day, making sure everything was OK and changing the locks (I've now completely switched to those kiwkset locks that are easy to change the key.)4) I spent about eight hours cleaning up a range I had purchased used and getting it in place, doing some minor things (mostly measuring for new screens), and signing the new lease.5) Since then I've bought a new (used, actually, but refurbished) fridge for this property and ordered the screens.
