I am aware of the 2 in 5 rule, and have lived in the residence for 20 of the last 60 months, so just short of meeting the capital gains requirement to deduct up to $250K single/$500K married in gains.

I would say a lot more and single some of these people out, but I doubt they want to be singled out, which makes them even more remarkable.Grateful that I live in the USA, which is still the land of opportunity for people like me.And lastly, I am grateful that I had both the good sense and the rare luck to marry way, way up.
