If you're up and running early, then post a room or two on Facebook Marketplace for shorter 1-month, 2-month stays, whatever.

If you watch Craigslist, OfferUP and Facebook marketplace, you can find all sorts of USA made furniture for 10% of retail prices and in excellent shape.Do you really have zero dollars after purchase?

Hello,If there was a marketplace with plus 80 retail spaces opening up near you what are some ideas or investments you would consider to make a profit in the next 5-7 years ? 

My property manager (I and all my rentals are on the east coast) lists my rentals on MarketPlace, but I haven't been able to search for accessible apartments. 

My inspector made no mention of it and my eyes did not detect any split utilities, but allegedly the appraiser says that utils are split.

Is there a separate platform / website specifically for advertising to that market or just FB marketplace and the normal sites?

There has clearly been a glaring need for an organized, online marketplace like this and it does seem like they are committed to improving the experience, as @Ken Hobbick alluded to.

You can also look online facebook marketplace, kijiji, craigs list, etc.
