You have a solid backup plan if you get a degree in something useful (like marketing).

I am asking because I have seen so many military members room rent, then leave the market leaving their roommates behind. 

But the fees and services were pretty universal (at least in our markets).

I found it on the MLS after the market took a hit.

But if we are measuring "competitive advantage" and therefore success based on the GPs that own the most units, have the biggest teams, and hopefully have the biggest bank accounts, I would say the primary differentiator is marketing spend.
