Under paragraph 11, titled Maintenance, it says:“Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord, in writing, of any problem, malfunction or damage with any item on the property.

I live overseas so I don't get mail that's sent to the property.I have been regularly checking online the Fulton County tax assessor website for any taxes owing.

I wouldn't hurt to just mail a letter to the address.
