How about on an apartment building?

I dont know if this is true, but I read somewhere that the poor condition house get higher tax assessed rate more than the luxury house.

Heck, people rent TV’s for their apartments!

SFHs generally have the lowest risk while low-income apartment buildings have the highest risk.

It is not even a year old and already falling apart (I am, however, a neat person and I do not throw it arund or put coffee cups on top, you know what I mean).

I will definately use this as a part of my strategy.
