Here are a few highlights:- I wasn't getting enough leads through FF, but as soon as I decided to get it and updated my listing to include washer/dryer, I got more leads (not a ton still)- 2-adult with a pet were interested in the unit but decided not to pursue after learning that it was a washer/dryer combo.

Our Initial plan was to renovate the lower unit, while we have the tenant upstairs and then renovate the top and live and occupy for a year-or two and then rent the top out and buy our next property.

Having sold 2 houses sub 300k in the municipality this year, and having to deal with multiple offer situations during the height of Covid within hours of listing, I do not see this as market that is going to suffer that much from a market correction.Does it help when investing to buy with cash?

In my experience, your typical real estate agent will probably know about most properties 8 units and less, because they are almost always listed on MLS.

People are VASTLY less likely to lie on the commercial side, and they don't do the "waive all contingencies" stuff, so it's a lot safer to take the listing broker's numbers at face value.
