After reading the docs, I only saw that she needed to issue me a notice to vacate vs. actually having me out so not sure if that was 100% truthful (trying to figure out why she would lie about it or if I read that wrong).

Most renters are not "Playing the Market" or involved in "International Currency Trading".So this seems to be a non-issue.Also, if you haven't looked lately the economy is doing great.The media lies about most things, depending on it for useful information is probably not best.Good Luck!
