I am currently in the process of attempting to rehab a inherited property, and my goal is to find a bank whom will provide a loan to do so.

--One single family home bought from a family who inherited from deceased parents and wanted nothing to do with it.

I also sold an inherited small apt complex that I owned with my sister, and did a cash out refi of an accidental rental property we owned in Birmingham, AL.

We inherited this tenant who has been late each month. 

I bought them early this year and luckily inherited decent long term tenants and have not had any problems yet.

I have one inherited tenant who does not have a checking account.

@Aaron Harris, are you talking about refinancing your home or the one you inherited from your parents?

I own a duplex and my upstairs tenant (who I inherited...) is basically using the backyard as a scrap business and junkyard.  

I will most likely be working in the LA area upon graduation, so I'm hoping to find a place that is within commuting distance.On a side note, I inherited 42.5% of a single family 3 bed 3 bath home in Santa Clarita that my sister and I are currently renting out.

I purchased a duplex in February with inherited tenants and so far they have worked out well.
