Can someone explain to me all the legal contracts you can put someone under during a wholesaling deal?

For an llc to legal operate in another state, and execute any legal documents or file any kind of actions, that llc must be “registered” in the state you want to do business in.....typically as a “foreign entity”.

@Dan DeppenUPB is ~$55k, legal balance with interest, etc. is ~$90k.

If allowed; screen and BG check and add to lease or deny.

I just want to analyze the whole issue from a legal standpoint.
