Im a first time home buyer, no existing debt, self employed, bring in average $4k monthly, looking for a conventional fixed rate loan in PHX or surrounding areas.

I was womdering how the process was to work with an agent rather than the seller directly?

I usually like ordering Home Depot supplies online and have it delivered directly to the property.

What you pay for in money you save in time, and honestly all you need is one lead out however many you're going to get from one month of the service to make it worth it.Best of luck in your investment journey

We all need boundaries/investment criteria; otherwise, we have no direction.
