Joining the military is a fine thing (I've done it) but not something to be done lightly... and with FHA or conventional mortgages available the VA loan isn't really that great anyway.

That coating, which doesn’t cost much more, protects the interiors material from sun damage, lowers the amount of heat from the sun on the inside, and allows visible light to still shine through.

That makes that area so much less attractive to do anyting with new constrtuction, and in light of the high tax you mentioned, makes it pretty much impossible.

The best anyone can do is to project current trends in light of anticipated events.I believe that for at least the next 3 years the Las Vegas real estate will experience significant growth.

Insurance is a subject that many people take lightly but its very important.

If nothing works you could use black light and illuminate the bodily fluids on the floor and use lots and lots and lots of baking soda.

It's not in bad shape, needs new flooring throughout and the kitchen is empty (no cabinets or anything) and it's a condo in a very nice center so the only exterior work needed is some landscaping on the small patio. 

When I closed on the property, I put an ad on Craig's List and we did some minor cleaning, paint touch-ups, replaced all the light bulbs to LED, and replaced all the smoke/CO detectors and within 2 weeks, the place was rented.The property was listed at $116,900 and after negotiating, we settled on $114,000 with a home warranty.
