I fill like the answer is yes, but wanted to know what everyone else does?

I don't know for a fact, but I have been told (and have done it myself but that was in 2021) that if you put down 15% or more that the lender does a "limited review" and doesn't really look at those things, but I may be wrong.

My thoughts from the little I know about the raw numbers however:1) You have no reason to not raise the rent at least a small amount to compensate for the extra cost of ownership the past few years.
