@Wayne Brooks LLC will have kids being members with wife and I as managers so allows us to pass distributions to them (less taxes at their bracket) and reduce the pass through to us.

The last few weeks have been busy with the kids on fall break and a big project at the day job so here is the next stage of our journey:With the tree house under contact our realtor set us up with the usual MLS listing alerts and we looked at properties every day.  

After awkward silence I step into the discussion and explain that they have kids in the school district and will probably also stay for a while.

We've noticed that the market (families with kids) in that area are only willing to pay around $1500/month + utilities.

Someone ought to pay the kid, he's done good work.

My wife is from a former Soviet Union nation, and she really helped me see work in a different lens than how I did when I was a kid.
