You can hire a skip tracer or a private investigator to find them.   

@Dustin Palls  Now when you add in a personal guarantee, that's not specifically addressed in Fannie Mae's guidelines so you may need to do some more investigation there.  

When they arrived the kids were licking ice cream cones fresh from the DQ drive through (or maybe they stopped and went in for 45 minutes) ... they were offended that he did not let them in late to walk all over the new carpets with their melting ice creams.

I would think this creates opportunity amongst the owners for fresh ideas and perspective since it opens board seats for someone else.
